Bheki Gutshwa is a Certified Risk Management Professional (CRM_Prof) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). He holds a Master of Commerce in Risk Management and he is qualified in plant production. He has a Post-Grad Certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the University of Texas, United States of America. He boasts more than 24 years of experience in:

  • Business Continuity Management

    • He has established and led Risk Management Units in public sector organisations and spent some of his years working in the private sector. He co-led the creation of the Federation of African Risk Management Associations (FARMA), which is an umbrella body of risk and insurance professional bodies in the continent. This was achieved while he was the Chair of the Board of the Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA).

    He has more than 15 years' experience of serving in governance structures such as boards, audit committees and risk committees.
